Update TODO: pi agent Bun --compile problem persists as of 2026-07-24

Bun 1.3.14 is still the latest release and still fails on this system
(kernel 7.0.14, glibc 2.39). Upstream pi (now 0.82.0) continues to
build with a broken Bun, so the npm-install-build-system workaround
is still needed.
